I’m On A Roll With The Y-WRAP

Woo… another post.

It’s hard to believe the school year is already coming to an end. It’s been an amazing school year for Dagny. We are glad we decided to send her to Kindergarten this past year along with enrolling her in the Y-WRAP around program (since our school district is only half-day kindergarten). Being an only child we feel it’s so important to have her be around other kids.

Here is her Y-WRAP graduation.

The kids did little skits and here is Dagny as an Old Lady. She really enjoys being in front of an audience.

The Y Crew. They are all so wonderful. We will miss them next year.

It’s Not An Illusion

Ok, I’m just going to jump right into a Dagny post.

Here she is. She’s grown, hasn’t she? Yeah, I know. She’s so big and lets admit it, beautiful! She’s also a smarty pants. She’s reading at a 2nd grade level. And its not just reading, but math, science, and everything in between. Kiddo got some smarts.

My beautiful girl

We’re also noticing she is quite an athlete. She loves swimming and soccer.

This was at her first game of the season and her first goal of the season.

Now the weather is getting warmer, we have ventured outside into the great outdoors. Luckily, Dagny loves to be on the go.

Craig loves his little girl so much. He is an amazing father. I really hope Dagny sees that when she’s old enough to understand what that means.

Seabreeze is open for the season and someone is very excited about that.

Not sure what they are looking at, but love the faces.

Not even sure what to say about this, she’s becoming so much more braver. The one thing I have always admired about Dagny is that she never let herself be pressured into doing things physically that her peers might be able to do. She has always known her limits. Now, it seems as she is getting older, she is pushing her limits more. But, only after she feel comfortable that she can do it.

Love this smile.

Our furry children.

Until next time.

Rockin to the 50’s

During this February break from school we signed Dagny up for Ice Skating Camp. What made it so much more fun was that her good friend, Mara, was also joining in on the fun. Camp was a four day event with a little performance on the last day that they worked on during the week. Unfortunately, Dagny had to miss a day because of the flu. But, I think she still rocked it!

Here is my little trooper.

Enjoy her very first ice skating performance.

For A Good Cause

Dear Friends and Family:

Please take some time and follow the link to Dagny’s Girl Scout page.

Her troop is selling nuts, candy, and magazine subscriptions to help her troop earn money for their annual troop activities. It will also help the council fund girl programs, maintain camps, provide adult training and provide financial aid to girls.

Thank you in advance for your support.
